Detailed Description

Parameters of the setup() driver API op.

Deprecated

Together with the op itself, see bt_hci_setup(). A driver takes the public address from bt_hci_get_public_addr() instead.

public_addr

bt_addr_t bt_hci_setup_params::public_addr

The public identity address to give to the controller.

This field is used when the driver selects CONFIG_BT_HCI_SET_PUBLIC_ADDR to indicate that it supports setting the controller's public address. It is BT_ADDR_ANY when the application has not created a public identity.
