Description

i.MX RT11xx ARM PLL clock provider.

New devicetree users should configure the ARM PLL using ``loop-div`` and
``post-div``. The legacy ``clock-mult`` and ``clock-div`` properties are
still supported for compatibility, but are deprecated.
